HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
If you're an authoized Boogey Lights® dealer, you will have been issued a user name and password. To place an online order, follow these steps:
1. Login to your account using this LOGIN LINK.
2. Enter your dealer email address and password. If you can't remember your password, click the 'FORGOT PASSWORD' link found on the login page. A password reset link will be sent to your email address.
3. When you are logged into your dealer account you will see your dealer pricing for products on the site. If you log out, you'll see retail (MAP) pricing.
4. Place your order online and checkout. We do not store payment information so you'll need to enter it each time. If your account has been pre-approved for credit terms, you'll be able to check out using a PO number.
5. Once you place your order an order confirmation email will be sent to your dealer account email. It's sent within a few minutes of placing the order. If you don't receive it immediately, check your spam/promotional folder. That order confirmation is your receipt. We do not mail printed invoices. We're 100% digital.
If you need to look up a previous order (or request an RMA number to return an order), click on the MY ACCOUNT link in the header of our site (you have to be logged in to see this link). You can view all previous orders and even print out invoice receipts for previous orders.
Payment options include Visa, MC, AMX, Discover, Paypal, Paypal Credit, Venmo and Klarna. These options are presented during the checkout process. Bank Wire/ACH with PO can be setup if previously arranged. Net terms are offered on a case by case basis with approved credit.
All shipments come from our facility located at 9000 Empire Connector Dr Ste B in Florence KY 41042 USA. We ship via UPS and USPS. We also offer in store pickup. These shipping options are presented at checkout. Boogey Lights® contact information including address, phone numbers and hours of operation can be found on our website here.
Each product page displays the current estimated lead time to build and ship light kits. It's updated daily. This appears immediately below the ADD TO CART button on every product page. This is an estimate. Not a guarantee. In most cases it's accurate. In some cases however it may not be depending on the product being ordered and/or the order volumes at that time. Orders are built and shipped in the order in which they are received. If you're concerned about the delivery time frame, we strongly suggest reaching out to us before placing your order. We can give you our best guess for the products you want to order at that time.
